I hate sand, it’s very dangerous!

I’m sorry you didn’t get a better meal! Fortunately, I’ve never encountered a raw egg on a pizza. How awful!

That’s a lot of steep stairs, yuck!

Wise decision! We had an experience a few years ago where Scott and I ended up entering a town in Europe where he was in the lead and took a different route than I did. It took forever for me to find my way to our place! I even had to carry my bicycle down about a hundred stairs. Not fun at all. I’m glad you made it okay!

That’s what I ended up doing when we wanted to carry food in the morning. We had already purchased a half dozen eggs to cook, so we had too much food.

I agree! It would have been worse if the door had opened. In the end, one earbud still works. But the other is history.

Ah, yes. We’ve had just a few homemade yogurt spots. I like those. I make homemade yogurt at home. It doesn’t compare.

This lady asked us over breakfast why we didn’t ask her to cook dinner last night, she would have. I didn’t dream that was something we could ask on the fly. I have prearranged dinner at difficult places. Live and learn. Tomorrow is a Monday. We are in Rustrel. The Hôtel restaurant is said to be open. I wrote them special and asked.

You should try to get some large baggies. I frequently take away leftovers so I always have something to keep them in.

That’s too bad but you’re lucky you didn’t flood the bathroom!

France is definitely not a good place to find protein for breakfast. You might try to find protein bars. Sometimes pharmacies have them.

Too bad the coolness can't be captured in a photo.

Thanks for the outrageous spending on our behalf. We find the cost of the artisanal specialty candy so out of our normal range that it really is a once a trip treat.
