We stayed two nights at the hostel in Amiens. It is housed in a former military baracks

We got a late start out of Amiens as we wanted to mail a parcel back home. Every trip we send a parcel back home to lighten our load.

The woman in the middle is from Beijing and spent three years in Amiens going to school. She called this couple her French family and she was back for a visit.
