I read online that Queen Elizabeth II was the "Queen of Canada" when she became Queen. Since her death, her picture will be replaced by etchings of Bob and Doug McKenzie.

3 weeks agoIt's a little scary when you are out of food in your bike bags, and then stores/restaurants are closed! Glad you finally got some food at a restaurant you found! I always carry "emergency rations" on my bike so that I at least have a little "something" with me - - though sometimes those run out too!

I lived in northern England (near Warrington, Lancashire) in 1973-1974 and our family did make a long trip to Scotland. I have only see the Scottish Highlands from a car.
